We put together this project timeline to give you an idea how long your building project might take. We based this on our experience for a mid-size home (~2,500 ft2). Your own construction project might be very different! We want to help you. If you’d like specifics for your own project, please call us at (802) 644-2400.

Many of these activities can be done at the same time. For example, once we’ve worked out your home design with you, you’ll start site work, pour your foundation, and build your first floor deck while we order your timbers, cut these, and deliver your timber frame. Many times exterior work (roofing, siding, trim, etc.) will be done simultaneously with interior work (plumbing, electric and the like).
