We created this timber frame plan book for you! Our color brochure excites your imagination, and you want to take the next step. This plan book - our collection of plans and artistic interpretations - will help you narrow down your choice of home style. Do you want a traditional home design? A classic cape home, saltbox house, or colonial home? Do you want a less formal ‘country home’ style? You’ll find several of these here. Perhaps your tastes run to a contemporary home design? We can apply our timberframing techniques to contemporary designs, even very exotic ones. Thumb through the examples we show you here.

You’ll find some worksheets in our plan book to help you think through and better understand home costs and typical construction timelines for your home building project. These should help you prepare your budget and develop a reasonable project timetable. They’ll help you when you talk with general contractors.

We’d love to send you plans for one of the timber frame homes we feature in this book. We can provide you with a master plan of any of our homes and a construction license for the modest cost of $595.00. Our set of detailed architectural blueprints will help you work with your builder to accurately define the scope and cost of your home.

If you want to modify one of our home designs, or if you want us to do a timberframe design from your own custom plans, please call us at (802) 644-2400! Our design professionals can help you in several ways. We can customize one of our plans for you, for a modest fee, or do a totally new home design for you based on your own sketches and ideas. Your cost for a totally new design is usually $1,500 to $3,000 depending on complexity and time we spend on your design.
