This huge gambrel with addition was designed as a ‘family compound’ for some special friends of North Woods Joinery. There’s loads and loads of space here for you to create your own, unique floor plan or use the one shown in the plans here. The steep pitch of the lower gambrel roof makes just about every foot of second floor space available for your use. You can easily find space for four or five bedrooms in addition to a study or office area, and still have room to spare for your formal dining room, and eat-in kitchen!
